If you contact Air Form London, the information may include your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and project details. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
How information is used
- To understand and respond to your enquiry.
- To arrange a consultation you request.
- To send studio updates only when you choose to receive them.
- To operate, protect and improve the website.
Marketing preferences
Marketing communication is optional. You can withdraw your preference at any time. Choosing not to receive updates does not affect a project enquiry.
Storage and sharing
Air Form London should retain enquiry information only for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose or a legal obligation. Information should not be sold. Service providers should receive only what they need to deliver the website or communication service.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as viewing projects or sending an enquiry. Analytics uses cookies and processes usage information, including browser and device information. We do not send your name, email address or project description as analytics events. Page addresses sent by our tracking code exclude query parameters and fragments.
Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics”. You can reject it and still use the whole website. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Your choice is remembered on this browser for six months. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months.
